Since 2011, Marmulla & Rudolph has operated as a joint agency. What began as two independent agencies developed into a long-term collaboration built on shared standards, continuity and professional clarity.

Michaela Marmulla served on the board of the German Association of Agents (VdA) from 2022 to 2024. In November 2024, Michaela Marmulla and Gabi Rudolph were elected to the board of ProQuote Film. We are also members of the German Television Academy (DAfF), Women in Film & Television Germany (WIFT Germany) and supporters of the German Film Academy.
